Blueberry Muffin Smoothie // via Nosh and Nourish
1 cupSilk Unsweetened Cashewmilk
1 cupfrozen organic blueberries
1⁄3 cupCooked Quinoa
2 tablespoonsalmond flour
1 tablespoonCoconut Oil (I used the butter flavor from Now Foods --- sooo good!)
1scoop vegan vanilla protein powder (or sub your favorite protein powder)
1 tablespoonDark Amber Maple Syrup (or sub sweetener of choice)
- Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender.
- Blend until smooth.
Yields 16 Ounces
