Double Chocolate S'mores Ice Cream


2 cans
full fat coconut milk (~30oz)
4 tablespoons
cacao powder*
1⁄3 cup
Maple Syrup
2 teaspoons
Vanilla Extract
Sea Salt
-------------FOR MIX-INS-------------
1⁄3 cup
mini marshmallows**
1⁄4 cup
chopped dark chocolate (make sure it's dairy-free if you want to keep it vegan)
1⁄3 cup
crushed graham crackers


*This is the cacao powder we like
**This is our favorite brand of vegan marshmallows


  1. Combine all ingredients except mix-ins in blender and blend until smooth (about 1 min).
  2. Pour into ice cream maker. When finished (or when ice cream maker indicates to add in mix-ins), add marshmallows, dark chocolate & graham crackers.
  3. Transfer to freezer-safe container and let harden to desired consistency. Enjoy!
