Double Chocolate S'mores Ice Cream
2 cansfull fat coconut milk (~30oz)
4 tablespoonscacao powder*
1⁄3 cupMaple Syrup
2 teaspoonsVanilla Extract
1⁄3 cupmini marshmallows**
1⁄4 cupchopped dark chocolate (make sure it's dairy-free if you want to keep it vegan)
1⁄3 cupcrushed graham crackers
- Combine all ingredients except mix-ins in blender and blend until smooth (about 1 min).
- Pour into ice cream maker. When finished (or when ice cream maker indicates to add in mix-ins), add marshmallows, dark chocolate & graham crackers.
- Transfer to freezer-safe container and let harden to desired consistency. Enjoy!
