Avocado Tzatziki

Avo Tzatziki

Ingredients

2  
scoops of Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
1⁄2  
a Cucumber
1⁄2  
an avocado (pitted and peeled)
1⁄2 cup
plain Siggi's yogurt (or sub Greek yogurt)
   
juice from 1/2 a lemon
1⁄3 cup
crumbled feta
1⁄2 teaspoon
lemon pepper
1 tablespoon
Olive Oil

Notes

You can store it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender. 
  2. Pulse until all of the large chunks are gone. Should have a bit of texture though, not completely smooth/watery. 
  3. Serve with chicken wraps.
